Our business philosophy of production has as its main objective the achievement of quality products made with attention to detail and Brianello is the result. Wine obtained from Sauvignon blanc grapes is the result of a blend of five different clones from a vineyard cultivated in one of the most suitable lands for the production of white wines. A soil of alluvial origin, clayey and calcareous, with a thin or deep skeletal fraction. In this area Sauvignon blanc finds ideal conditions and is able to express itself in all its complexity and elegance.

In the glass Brianello shows off its straw yellow brightness with greenish reflections.
It conveys complex fruity notes of grapefruit and passion fruit that are combined with more floral notes of acacia, elderberry and delicate vegetal hints, typical of the vine.
On the palate, never banal, lively, fresh, intense, it expresses itself with pleasant fruity notes of exotic fruit and cedar peel.
To be tasted in combination with fish dishes. It is also ideal with roasts or stews enriched with olives and capers.
