Didi represents a bet in the production of a quality rosé wine, vinified and cared for with the passion and love that comes from our bond with this splendid territory. The blend is obtained from Montepulciano, Syrah and Pinot Noir grapes, vinified with soft pressing and separation of the must without maceration on the skins, and fermented at low temperatures in concrete tanks.

Aromas
A delicate vinification gives the Didi a pale bright pink color.
The aromatic picture of this rosé is characterized by fruity notes of small red berries, wild strawberry and pomegranate, which blend with more floral notes of rose and violet on the nose. Harmonious, rich, and pleasantly persistent and sapid on the palate.
Pairings
Perfect to accompany an aperitif, pizza, and fish dishes. It also goes well with vegetables or lighter and more delicate white meats.
